1. Full planning
from $1,500

1. Client meeting — meet with the client to understand their event needs, objectives, and preferences. Discuss the event date, budget, guest count, theme, and any specific requirements. Gather information about the client's vision, desired atmosphere, and target audience.
4. Concept design — develop a concept and theme for the event based on the client's vision. Create a mood board with visuals, color palettes, decor ideas, and design elements. Present the concept and mood board to the client for approval and feedback.
2. Contract agreement — create a detailed contract outlining the agreed-upon terms, responsibilities, and services. Ensure both parties understand and agree to the terms before signing the contract. This contract will serve as a legal agreement and protect both the client and the event planner.
5. Vendors selection — identify and contact suitable vendors (caterers, photographers, entertainment, etc.). Obtain quotes, review portfolios, and negotiate contracts. Confirm bookings with selected vendors and provide them with event details and requirements.
3. Venue search — research potential venues based on the client's requirements and preferences. Visit selected venues to assess their suitability, capacity, amenities, and ambiance. Consider factors like location, accessibility, parking, and any special requirements.
7. Final client meeting — meet with the client to discuss the final event details, including the budget. Review the overall plan, vendor contracts, and any requested modifications. Seek final approval from the client on all aspects of the event plan.
8. Production and setup — coordinate with vendors to ensure all necessary arrangements are made. Oversee the event production, including decor setup, equipment installation, and staging. Ensure all elements are in place and according to the client's specifications.
6. Event venue rendering — utilize event design software or tools to create a high-definition venue rendering. Present the rendering to the client to help them visualize the event layout and design. Make any necessary modifications based on the client's feedback.
9. Event coordination — act as the main point of contact for vendors throughout the event. Coordinate vendor arrivals, setup, and any required assistance during the event. Troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure the event runs smoothly.
10. Event conclusion & breakdown — manage the breakdown and clean-up process after the event. Coordinate the return of rented equipment and handle logistical tasks. Conduct a final walkthrough of the venue to ensure everything is in order.

It's always recommended to start planning several month in advance, especially for larger events. Weddings and corporate parties require - 6-12 month of planning, Birthday celebrations - 2-3 months, Bridal showers, Grand Opening's - 2 months, Baby Showers, Kids Parties - 1-2 months.
2. How early should I start planning my event?
The smallest budget that we consider taking nowadays starts from $5,000.

Absolutely! Event planners work closely with clients to incorporate their visions, preferences, and ideas. Your input is crucial to creating a personalized event.
3. Can I incorporate my own ideas into the event planning process?
We do have a huge network of trusted vendors. We select the them based on their style, pricing, experience and alignment with your events concept and needs.
4. How do you choose the vendors for our party?
Absolutely! While decor isn't part of our event planning fee, we have exciting offers on our stunning balloon services. This way, you can enhance your event with beautiful decor at exclusive rates.
